All Real Estate Licenses expire on January 31 of even-numbered. In order to renew, licensees are required to take a total of 20 hours of continuing including 8 hours of approved core curriculum and 12 hours of approved electives.
This package fulfills the requirement for 12 hours of approved elective credits and includes the following courses:
- A Concise Guide to Real Estate Taxes 4-hr course - Approval # 2443
- Agency 4-hr course - Approval # 2452
- Real Estate and Related Investments in IRAs and Qualified Plans 4-hr course - Approval # 2447
